As part of your delivery of services to Insulet under the Atrium MSP Program, Suppliers are required to validate searches for each employee on a temporary assignment via the Exclusion Database for the Office of Inspector General website to confirm that any temporary worker who was active the month prior is NOT on the list.

Kindly provide validation for each worker by submitting the information below. Please note this must be completed each month for all active temporary workers for the prior month.
