With more than 10 years of leadership experience at Atrium, Annabelle [she|her|hers] leads our Forward Together movement in the role of Diversity and Inclusion Manager. An authentic leader, friend and partner for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, she emphasizes Sense of Belonging in work culture and sponsors invaluable dialogues and development within our workforce.

SUPPLIER DIVERSITY PROGRAM

I was fortunate enough to attend a Forward Together training hosted by Annabelle last week. This session was attended by an small group which set the tone for an honest and productive conversation. Annabelle ensured that all participants understood that the setting was a safe space for learning and respect. Each of the attendees had filled out a template of slides circulated by Annabelle ahead of time, showcasing some of their family members, friends, traditions and backgrounds. The small group setting gave each participant the time to not only share, but ask questions and learn more about each other. The intention shared by all attendees was to learn more about each other and their respective boundaries. This conversation was one of the most productive and inclusive DEI activations I have attended to date. Every goal that was set for the group was achieved. I look forward to the opportunity to hopefully attend another one of these trainings in the future.
