A global non-profit organization serving the military medical community required scientific staff on a project basis for a Norovirus study located at a Navy Recruiter Training Base. The large study enrolled 400 subjects per week and was run in off hours so as not to conflict with training at the base. This imposed a challenging schedule for which to staff, Monday through Friday, 12:00 pm to 7:00 am and Saturdays, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Additionally, all candidates needed to have recent experience in a clinical setting, as well as certain certifications and a bachelor’s degree for research roles.
Atrium was recommended to the organization as a trusted partner for a Statement of Work (SOW). The expert recruiting team at Atrium utilized our extensive experience in managing complex project-based staffing and our robust database of scientific talent to fulfill the client’s staffing requirements. We established direct collaboration with the Program Manager and the onsite naval leaders for the entire duration of the three-year study.
